The best comfort in the heart of the eternal city
The new Hotel Trinità dei Monti was born under the name of “Pension Trinità dei Monti”, managed by the old property. It used to have 11 rooms. It was successively broaden in the 70ties, getting to a total of 23 rooms. The real turning point arrived at the end of the 90ties, in 1998, with important changes : a new room and the total refurbishment of the hotel in Baroque style.
The hotel facility is located in a building of the late 1800s , which was built during the Umbertinian time.
The hotel has been recently renewed, both in the rooms and the common areas. The rooms are redesigned, each one in a different style, to match with modernity, comfort and elegance.
The hotel is in a strategic position, a few steps away from the Spanish steps and Spagna square. It is structured in two floors with a lift and it boasts many large suites, ideal either for groups or families.
Each room of the hotel is provided with all comforts, private bathroom with bathtub/ shower, bathroom amenities, Mini Bar, digital TV, safe deposit-box, direct line-out telephone, air conditioning, WiFi access, wake-up call, city map, city tour, airport shuttle from/to airport Fiumicino and Ciampino.
The continental breakfast is served in a lovely hall overlooking Sistina street. There are also some nearby garages where to park, such as the big Parking Ludovici ( 200 metres away).
The hotel position is definitely one of its best benefits, here you're really at the centre of the Eternal City and its major attractions. Very close to Trinità dei Monti, Spagna square and the famous staircase with its 135 steps that connect directly to the most famous and luxurious shopping streets : Condotti street, Corso street , Babuino street, Margutta street , Ripetta and Frattina street. Besides shopping there's leisure: very near you can find the well-known Sistina theatre and a little further the Umberto hall.
Although the hotel is very close to Spagna and Barberini metro stops, it is a pleasant walk to reach Campo de’ Fiori, and then stepping into the Imperial and Cesarean area, with its Capitol, the Colosseum and the Roman forums. The hotel is also well connected to the Vatican and its unmissable masterpieces, in fact it is only 2.5 kilometers away.
